Freedom Oasis LLC (“Freedom Oasis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Passy Joint.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Passy Joint mobile application.
Information Stored by Passy Joint
Passy Joint stores game information locally on your device so your game can continue properly between sessions.
This may include:
- high scores and gameplay progress;
- in-game currency/coins;
- owned and unlocked items;
- selected customization and gameplay upgrades;
- daily mission/progression state;
- sound and haptic settings;
- revive-related state.
This local gameplay-state information is not intentionally transmitted to Freedom Oasis LLC servers by the current version of Passy Joint.
Passy Joint does not offer a cloud-save service or first-party server database for this local gameplay information.
User Accounts and Personal Information
Passy Joint does not require you to create an account or log in.
Passy Joint does not request or collect through your account, including:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- physical address;
- contacts;
- photos;
- camera or microphone data;
- precise GPS location.
The game does not provide social networking or user-generated content features.
Passy Joint also does not collect payment-card details.
Advertising and Consent Services
Passy Joint uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner ads and rewarded ads.
Passy Joint uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising and privacy consent where required by region, law, or app settings.
These services also support ad operation, advertising measurement, and related diagnostics.
Data Categories We Share with Google Advertising and Consent Services
Depending on your settings and the current operating context, information processed by Google Mobile Ads and UMP may include:
- Coarse Location (general/location inferred from network signals such as IP address): may be linked to the device or identity; used for ads, ads-related marketing, analytics, and app functionality; not used for tracking.
- Device ID (for example, advertising identifiers): may be linked to the device; may be used for tracking in advertising and ad measurement.
- Product Interaction (app usage signals and ad interaction): may be linked to the device; not used for tracking.
- Advertising Data (ad-impression and ad-response context): may be linked to the device; not used for tracking.
- Crash Data (when the app experiences failures): not linked to your identity; not used for tracking.
- Performance Data (stability and technical operating data): not linked to your identity; not used for tracking.
- Other Diagnostic Data (app and ad system diagnostics): not linked to your identity; not used for tracking.
In this current implementation, coarse location is only general/location context and is not requested through precise GPS permissions.
Tracking, ATT, and Consent Controls
Passy Joint uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on supported Apple devices.
On iOS versions where ATT applies, you will be asked before any tracking that requires ATT authorization.
If you deny ATT, you can still play Passy Joint. Denying ATT may limit some ad-tracking functions, but it does not stop all data processing or prevent ads from appearing.
You also control privacy options through Apple’s device settings and the UMP prompts shown in-game when available.
Third-Party Services and External Links
Passy Joint currently integrates two Google services:
- Google Mobile Ads
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
These services process information under Google’s own privacy policies and terms. Relevant references:
Data Sharing and Sale
Freedom Oasis does not sell the locally stored Passy Joint gameplay information described above.
Passy Joint does not create a first-party advertising profile or data-broker model.
Information sent to Google as part of advertising, consent, analytics, and diagnostics is governed by Google’s policies and does not mean Freedom Oasis has direct control over Google’s retention or deletion systems.
Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress and settings kept by Passy Joint are stored locally on the device and are not replicated to a Freedom Oasis server.
Local Passy Joint data can generally be removed by deleting the app and its associated local data from the device.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads or UMP is retained under Google’s retention and deletion practices. Please use Google-provided settings and controls to request removal or limit retention where offered.
Security
Freedom Oasis uses reasonable measures intended to protect the information handled directly by the application.
Information sent to third-party services is processed through those providers’ systems and security practices.
No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Passy Joint is not designed to collect personal information from children.
The game does not contain a first-party age-profile system or user account system.

Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may have access to:
