Freedom Oasis LLC (“Freedom Oasis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Passy Joint.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Passy Joint mobile application.
Information Stored by Passy Joint
Passy Joint stores certain game information locally on your device in order to operate the game and preserve your progress and preferences.
This may include information such as:
- high scores and gameplay progress;
- in-game currency;
- unlocked and equipped strains;
- boosts, perks, cosmetics, and other unlockable content;
- daily objectives and progression;
- revive-related state;
- sound and haptic settings; and
- first-run or tutorial status.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not associated with a Freedom Oasis user account.
Freedom Oasis does not operate a cloud-save service or first-party server database for this gameplay information.
User Accounts and Personal Information
Passy Joint does not require you to create an account or log in.
Freedom Oasis does not collect through the game:
- your name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- physical address;
- contacts;
- photos;
- camera or microphone data; or
- precise location data.
The game does not provide social-networking or user-generated-content features.
Advertising
Passy Joint uses Google Mobile Ads, provided by Google, to display advertising, including banner advertisements and rewarded advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process certain information in connection with advertising and related services. Depending on device settings, consent choices, applicable law, and Google’s configuration, this may include information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device identifiers, which may include advertising or other device-level identifiers;
- information about advertisements shown;
- interactions with the app or advertisements;
- crash information; and
- performance or diagnostic information.
Freedom Oasis does not provide Google with names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account profiles from Passy Joint because the game does not maintain such accounts or collect those details.
App Tracking Transparency
On supported Apple devices, Passy Joint may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
The system permission message explains that the identifier may be used to provide more relevant advertising and support the game.
You may allow or deny this permission using Apple’s system controls.
Freedom Oasis does not directly access the advertising identifier in its own gameplay code. Advertising-related identifier use, where permitted, is handled through the integrated advertising SDK.
Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Passy Joint uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.
The game requests consent information and may display a Google consent form when required. Advertising requests are not initiated until Google’s consent system indicates that ads may be requested.
Where Google determines that additional privacy options are required, Passy Joint provides access to those privacy choices through the game’s Settings screen.
Your available choices may vary depending on your location, applicable law, device settings, and Google’s advertising requirements.
Internet Access
Passy Joint’s core gameplay and locally stored progression do not require a Freedom Oasis online account or first-party game server.
Internet connectivity may be used for third-party advertising and consent services and when you choose to open external support or privacy links.
Third-Party Services
Passy Joint currently integrates:
- Google Mobile Ads
- Google User Messaging Platform
These third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Freedom Oasis expects third-party service providers integrated into the app to handle information consistently with applicable privacy requirements.
Data Sharing and Sale
Freedom Oasis does not sell the locally stored Passy Joint gameplay information described above.
Freedom Oasis does not operate a first-party advertising profile or data-broker business through Passy Joint.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads or Google User Messaging Platform may be transmitted to Google as necessary to provide advertising, consent, measurement, security, diagnostics, and related services, subject to the user’s applicable choices and Google’s practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress and settings maintained directly by Passy Joint are stored locally on the device.
Passy Joint does not maintain a Freedom Oasis server-side user account containing this gameplay progress.
Local Passy Joint data can generally be removed by deleting the app and its associated local data from the device.
Information processed independently by third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own retention and deletion practices.
Security
Freedom Oasis uses reasonable measures intended to protect the information handled directly by the application.
Information transmitted to third-party services is handled through those providers’ systems and security practices.
No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Passy Joint is not designed to collect personal information from children.
The game does not contain a first-party age-profile system or user account system.
